Ingredients
4 large Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 8 oz each)
2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped
4 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F
- Combine cream cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and garlic in a bowl and mix thoroughly
