Ingredients
4 cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
½ cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1½ cups Graham crackers, crushed
4 tablespoons Butter, melted
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 cup Mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the crackle topping by combining crushed graham crackers with melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand, spread on a baking sheet, and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool
- Step 2: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form
- Step 4: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture
- Step 5: Add sliced strawberries to the cream mixture and fold gently. If using, add marshmallows
- Step 6: Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle the cooled crackle topping over just before serving
