Ingredients
1 cup Sourdough discard
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Combine sourdough discard and shredded cheese in a large bowl and mix thoroughly
- Add cold butter cubes and work into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs
