Description
This shrimp wrap recipe delivers restaurant-quality flavor in less time than it takes to order takeout. It combines perfectly seasoned shrimp with classic Caesar flavors, all tucked into a warm tortilla, making it a go-to for busy weeknights and impromptu gatherings.
Ingredients
1 pound Large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 Large flour tortillas
2 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved, optional)
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp completely dry with paper towels. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Heat your grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred
- While the shrimp cook, chop the romaine, halve the cherry tomatoes, and grate the Parmesan cheese
- Warm your tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 seconds
- Lay each tortilla flat, spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing down the center, add romaine, grilled shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Cut in half diagonally

For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing and whole wheat tortillas.
