Description

This shrimp wrap recipe delivers restaurant-quality flavor in less time than it takes to order takeout. It combines perfectly seasoned shrimp with classic Caesar flavors, all tucked into a warm tortilla, making it a go-to for busy weeknights and impromptu gatherings.


Ingredients

1 pound Large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 Large flour tortillas
2 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved, optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp completely dry with paper towels. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  2. Heat your grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred
  3. While the shrimp cook, chop the romaine, halve the cherry tomatoes, and grate the Parmesan cheese
  4. Warm your tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 seconds
  5. Lay each tortilla flat, spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing down the center, add romaine, grilled shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese
  6. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Cut in half diagonally

Notes

For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing and whole wheat tortillas.
