Ingredients
1 pound Breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
8 Large eggs
1 cup Whole milk
4 cups Cubed bread (white, wheat, or sourdough)
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Diced bell peppers
1/2 cup Diced onio
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Butter for greasing
Instructions
