Ingredients

60 pieces Mini pretzels
20 pieces Caramel candies
2 tablespoons Heavy cream
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Coconut oil
Flaky sea salt for sprinkling


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange mini pretzels in a single layer, flat side up
  2. Combine unwrapped caramel candies and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted caramel onto each pretzel and top with another pretzel to create a sandwich
  4. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to allow the caramel to set
  5. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted and smooth
  6. Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate over the top
  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the chocolate while it's still wet and refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes until set
