Ingredients
60 pieces Mini pretzels
20 pieces Caramel candies
2 tablespoons Heavy cream
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Coconut oil
Flaky sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange mini pretzels in a single layer, flat side up
- Combine unwrapped caramel candies and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth
- Spoon a small amount of melted caramel onto each pretzel and top with another pretzel to create a sandwich
- Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to allow the caramel to set
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted and smooth
- Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate over the top
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the chocolate while it's still wet and refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes until set
