Ingredients
1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons Melted butter
3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
8 oz Cream cheese
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
8 oz Whipped topping
½ cup Chocolate chips (optional)
¼ cup Chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Freeze for 5 minutes
- Step 2: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until combined
- Step 3: Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth
- Step 4: Fold in half of the whipped topping, then the remaining half until fluffy
- Step 5: Pour filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Add chocolate chips and peanuts if desired
- Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until firm
