Description

This no bake peanut butter pie is a quick and easy dessert that requires no baking and can be prepared in just 30 minutes. It features a creamy peanut butter filling and a crunchy graham cracker crust, making it a perfect treat for hot days or any time you need something sweet.


Ingredients

1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons Melted butter
3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
8 oz Cream cheese
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
8 oz Whipped topping
½ cup Chocolate chips (optional)
¼ cup Chopped peanuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Freeze for 5 minutes
  2. Step 2: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until combined
  3. Step 3: Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth
  4. Step 4: Fold in half of the whipped topping, then the remaining half until fluffy
  5. Step 5: Pour filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Add chocolate chips and peanuts if desired
  6. Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until firm
