Description

These no bake peanut butter cheesecake balls combine the creamy richness of cheesecake with the nutty goodness of peanut butter, all without heating up your kitchen. Perfect for hot summer days or when you simply don't feel like baking.


Ingredients

1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 cups Chocolate chips (for coating)
2 tablespoons Coconut oil
Pinch Sea salt (optional)


Instructions
