Ingredients
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 cups Chocolate chips (for coating)
2 tablespoons Coconut oil
Pinch Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy
- Step 2: Add the peanut butter and continue beating until fully combined
- Step 3: Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth
- Step 4: Fold in the graham cracker crumbs using a spatula
- Step 5: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour
- Step 6: Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into balls
- Step 7: Freeze the rolled balls for 30 minutes
- Step 8: Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl
- Step 9: Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off
- Step 10: Refrigerate until the chocolate sets completely
