These no bake chocolate peanut butter truffles are a quick and easy treat that combines creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, perfect for busy families and special occasions.
Ingredients
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Melted butter
2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Mix until fully incorporated
- Step 3: Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet
- Step 4: Freeze the peanut butter balls for about 15 minutes
- Step 5: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave until melted and smooth
- Step 6: Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet
- Step 7: Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired
- Step 8: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate
Notes
Chill the peanut butter balls before dipping to prevent them from falling apart.
Use a toothpick or fork for dipping to minimize holes in the truffles.
