Description

These no-bake mint chocolate chip clusters combine the refreshing coolness of mint with rich chocolate in perfect bite-sized portions. They are easy to make and require only five simple ingredients.


Ingredients

2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup White chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Peppermint extract
3 cups Crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in betwee
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract once the chocolate is melted
  4. Add the crispy rice cereal to the chocolate mixture and fold gently until coated
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about an inch apart
  6. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the clusters
  7. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top while the white chocolate is still wet
  8. Refrigerate the clusters for at least 30 minutes until firm
