2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup White chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Peppermint extract
3 cups Crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in betwee
- Stir in the peppermint extract once the chocolate is melted
- Add the crispy rice cereal to the chocolate mixture and fold gently until coated
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about an inch apart
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the clusters
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top while the white chocolate is still wet
- Refrigerate the clusters for at least 30 minutes until firm
