Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup
- Step 2: Prepare the carrots by peeling them and cutting them into uniform pieces
- Step 3: Create the honey garlic butter sauce by melting the butter in a small bowl. Add the honey and minced garlic, stirring until completely combined
- Step 4: Place the prepared carrots on your baking sheet in a single layer. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots, tossing them thoroughly to coat every piece. Season generously with salt and pepper
- Step 5: Roast the carrots for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through
