2 cups Green enchilada sauce, divided
1 can (4 oz) Diced green chiles
1 cup Sour cream
2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1012 Flour tortillas (8-inch)
1 teaspoon Cumi
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, one cup of green enchilada sauce, diced green chiles, sour cream, one cup of cheese, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly
