This easy 10 minutes no bake Grinch pie recipe is a festive dessert that requires no baking and minimal prep time, making it perfect for busy families during the holiday season.
Ingredients
1 crust Graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
1 cup Whole milk
5–8 drops Green food coloring (gel preferred)
2 cups Whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
As desired Red heart sprinkles (for decoration)
Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Step 1: Remove your cream cheese from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before starting. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy and smooth, about 2 minutes
- Step 2: Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until completely combined
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk for approximately 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Let it sit for about 1 minute to set properly
- Step 4: Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and blend thoroughly. Add your green food coloring until you achieve the desired color
- Step 5: Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated. Pour this filling into your graham cracker crust
- Step 6: Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours. Before serving, spread the remaining cup of whipped topping on top, add red heart sprinkles, and garnish with maraschino cherries
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute sugar-free pudding mix and use light whipped topping.
