Ingredients
15 Oreo cookies crushed
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
16 oz Cream cheese softened
½ cup Granulated sugar
¼ cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 large Eggs room temperature
2 tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
9 Oreo cookies chopped
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners
- Step 2: Crush 15 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter
- Step 3: Press about one tablespoon of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of each liner
- Step 4: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
- Step 5: Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to the cream cheese and beat until creamy
- Step 6: Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed until incorporated
- Step 7: Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies
- Step 8: Divide the filling evenly among the prepared cups
- Step 9: Bake for 18-22 minutes until the centers are slightly jiggly
- Step 10: Turn off the oven and let the cheesecakes cool inside for 10 minutes
- Step 11: Remove from the oven and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
