Description

Creamy mini Oreo cheesecake bites are bite-sized desserts that combine the classic flavors of cheesecake with the iconic Oreo cookie. They are easy to make, require minimal equipment, and are perfect for any occasion.

15 Oreo cookies crushed
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
16 oz Cream cheese softened
½ cup Granulated sugar
¼ cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 large Eggs room temperature
2 tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
9 Oreo cookies chopped


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners
  2. Step 2: Crush 15 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter
  3. Step 3: Press about one tablespoon of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of each liner
  4. Step 4: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
  5. Step 5: Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to the cream cheese and beat until creamy
  6. Step 6: Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed until incorporated
  7. Step 7: Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies
  8. Step 8: Divide the filling evenly among the prepared cups
  9. Step 9: Bake for 18-22 minutes until the centers are slightly jiggly
  10. Step 10: Turn off the oven and let the cheesecakes cool inside for 10 minutes
  11. Step 11: Remove from the oven and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
