Ingredients
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
20 oz Crushed Pineapple, drained well
2 cups Mini Marshmallows, fresh and soft
1 cup Sour Cream, full-fat preferred
11 oz Mandarin Oranges, drained and optional
Instructions
- Step 1: Drain the crushed pineapple completely. Press it gently with a spoon to remove excess juice
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip and sour cream. Fold them together gently using a rubber spatula
- Step 3: Add the drained pineapple to the mixture. Fold it in carefully
- Step 4: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows. Reserve a few for garnishing the top
- Step 5: If using mandarin oranges, drain them thoroughly and pat them dry. Fold them in gently
- Step 6: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving
