Ingredients
3 cups Cooked turkey, finely chopped
4 cups Prepared stuffing, cooled
1 cup Dried cranberries, chopped
2 large Eggs, lightly beate
1/2 cup Chicken or turkey broth
4 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil or cooking spray for baking
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease them with cooking spray
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped turkey, prepared stuffing, and chopped cranberries. Mix gently
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, broth, softened cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Step 4: Pour the wet ingredients over the turkey-stuffing mixture and fold until cohesive
- Step 5: Form the mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheets
- Step 6: Lightly brush or spray the tops with olive oil
- Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F
