Instructions

- Blend cottage cheese, shredded cheese, egg, and all seasonings in a food processor until smooth
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, flattening each mound slightly
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking frequently after 20 minutes until golden brow
- Cool on the baking sheets for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
