Ingredients
4 pieces (6-8 oz each) Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Shredded provolone cheese
6 tablespoons Butter, melted
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning mix
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch and season both sides with salt and pepper
- Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, spaced at least an inch apart
- Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended
