Description

A vibrant green sauce made with fresh herbs, garlic, and vinegar, perfect for drizzling over grilled meats and vegetables.


Ingredients

1 cup Fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 tablespoons Fresh oregano leaves
45 medium Garlic cloves
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the parsley and oregano
  2. Remove the parsley leaves from the thick stems
  3. Finely chop the parsley, oregano, and garlic together
  4. Transfer the chopped herbs and garlic to a medium bowl. Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir together
  5. Pour in the red wine vinegar and stir well. Let sit for 2-3 minutes
  6. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while stirring continuously
  7. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed
  8. Let the sauce rest for at least 15 minutes before serving
