A vibrant green sauce made with fresh herbs, garlic, and vinegar, perfect for drizzling over grilled meats and vegetables.
Ingredients

1 cup Fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 tablespoons Fresh oregano leaves
4–5 medium Garlic cloves
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the parsley and oregano
- Remove the parsley leaves from the thick stems
- Finely chop the parsley, oregano, and garlic together
- Transfer the chopped herbs and garlic to a medium bowl. Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir together
- Pour in the red wine vinegar and stir well. Let sit for 2-3 minutes
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while stirring continuously
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed
- Let the sauce rest for at least 15 minutes before serving

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
