0.5 cup Granulated sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamo
0.25 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare Your Pan – Generously butter a 9×13-inch baking dish
- Step 2: Tear the Croissants – Tear each croissant into 2-inch pieces
- Step 3: Layer Everything – Arrange half the croissant pieces in the prepared pan, scatter half the berries over them, add the remaining croissants, then top with remaining berries
- Step 4: Make the Custard – Whisk together eggs, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until smooth

- Step 8: Cool and Serve – Let rest for 10 minutes before serving and dust with powdered sugar
Notes
Use stale croissants for best results.
Let the assembled dish rest to absorb custard evenly.
Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the center.
