2 cups Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until the texture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish or individual serving glasses. Refrigerate while preparing the filling
- Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until completely smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the sides regularly
- Gradually add granulated sugar to the cream cheese, beating constantly. Incorporate the vanilla extract and mix until everything combines uniformly
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, usually taking 3-4 minutes
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with an offset spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
- Before serving, toss your fresh berries with lemon juice and arrange them over the chilled dessert
