Instructions

  2. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until completely smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the sides regularly
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar to the cream cheese, beating constantly. Incorporate the vanilla extract and mix until everything combines uniformly
  4. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, usually taking 3-4 minutes
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with an offset spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  7. Before serving, toss your fresh berries with lemon juice and arrange them over the chilled dessert
