Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef (80/20 blend)
20 ounces Refrigerated cheese tortellini
24 ounces Marinara sauce
1 cup Beef broth
1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves Minced garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and pepper To taste
Fresh basil (optional) For garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, add the ground beef. Break it apart with a wooden spoon while cooking. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until browned completely. Drain excess fat if necessary

- Step 7: Remove from heat and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil if using. Serve immediately
