Description
This air fryer salmon with maple soy glaze delivers incredible flavor in just fifteen minutes. The sweet maple syrup mingles with savory soy sauce, creating a glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the air fryer.
Ingredients
4 fillets (6 oz each) Salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
3 tablespoons Pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Soy sauce (or tamari)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about three minutes
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels
- Whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a small bowl
- Reserve about two tablespoons of the glaze for brushing after cooking
- Brush the remaining glaze generously over both sides of each salmon fillet
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer
- Cook the salmon for 7-9 minutes, depending on thickness, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F
- Remove the salmon carefully and brush with the reserved glaze
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and let it rest for two minutes before serving

Always start with room temperature salmon for even cooking.
