Description

Air fryer radishes are a quick and delicious side dish that transforms the sharp bite of raw radishes into a sweet, mellow flavor. They are easy to prepare and perfect for low-carb diets.

1 pound Fresh radishes
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash your radishes thoroughly and trim off the stems and roots. Pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel
  2. Cut each radish in half. For larger radishes, quarter them to ensure even cooking
  3. Place the halved radishes in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over them. Toss everything together until each piece gets evenly coated
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about 3 minutes
  5. Arrange the seasoned radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  6. Cook your air fryer radishes for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately
