Ingredients
1 pound Baby bella or button mushrooms
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel and cut larger mushrooms in half
- Place the mushrooms in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for about 3 minutes. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the basket
- Air fry the mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Check for doneness after 8 minutes
- Transfer the mushrooms to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley
