Description

Air fryer hard boiled eggs are a quick and easy way to prepare perfectly cooked eggs without the need for boiling water. This method ensures consistent results and easy peeling, making it a favorite for busy mornings and meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale

612 large eggs
Ice water for ice bath

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 250°F for about 3 minutes
  2. Prepare a large bowl filled with ice water
  3. Place your eggs directly into the air fryer basket in a single layer
  4. Cook the eggs in the air fryer at 250°F for exactly 15 minutes
  5. Transfer the hot eggs into the prepared ice bath using tongs or a slotted spoo
  6. Let them sit in the ice water for at least 5 minutes
  7. Gently tap each egg on the counter, roll it to crack the shell all over, and peel under cool running water

Notes

Older eggs peel more easily than fresh eggs.
