Description

Ingredients

2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Lemon zest


Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Whisk everything together until well blended
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade. Coat each piece thoroughly, making sure the marinade covers all surfaces. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about 3-5 minutes
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  5. Cook the air fryer Greek chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F when fully cooked
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing
