Ingredients
2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Whisk everything together until well blended
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade. Coat each piece thoroughly, making sure the marinade covers all surfaces. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about 3-5 minutes
- Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Cook the air fryer Greek chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F when fully cooked
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing
