Ingredients
1.5 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup All-purpose flour
2 large Eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
½ cup Buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons Melted butter
As needed Cooking spray
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry
